The system is designed to brew and serve iced tea quickly. Patented Flash Chill technology allows you to chill the brewed tea in just 30 seconds. You brew the tea similarly to hot tea, using boiling water and the Tea Infuser. After it brews, you add ice and shake. After 30 seconds, the ice will have melted and created the perfect pitcher of iced tea!

I love that they provide a selection of different teas to try. The packs of tea are designed to brew 1 quart, making it easy to use the right amount of tea. There is enough tea provided to account for the melted ice, keeping the tea from becoming diluted like other hot teas do when ice is added. Of the three flavors of tea included, I enjoyed the Hibiscus Pomegranate the most. It was sweet in all the right ways and was filled with flavor. 

The kit includes two handy tools for adding fresh fruit flavor: the citrus juicier and the fruit infuser. I love that the citrus juicer is designed to fit right over the top of the pitcher. This way you can add fresh lemon quickly and easily before serving the iced tea. They also include a thermo jacket to keep your iced tea nice and cold.

The recipe book included with the kit is so helpful. It explains the best ways to brew different teas and also has interesting drink recipes to make. This kit truly has everything you need to become an iced tea brewmaster!
