The Kyocera Extra-Wide Peeler is an amazing tool that will make peeling all kinds of fruits and vegetables much simpler. The ceramic blade is extremely sharp and easily shaves off most peels. Two side corers allow you to quickly remove potato eyes and other imperfections.

Almost every peeler I have used before has a nearly identical blade size. This is sometimes good, but there are plenty of ingredients that require a larger peeler.  No longer will you have to haphazardly chop the sides off papaya, mango, or jicama, this peeler can handle the job. 

This peeler uses the same superior blade as other Kyocera peelers. The ceramic stays incredibly sharp for much longer than steel blades and easily cuts through tough vegetable or fruit rinds. 

In addition to peeling vegetables, this handy tool can be used for shredding and shaving food. It works great for shredding cabbage to make a big batch of coleslaw. You can also use it to shave chocolate for a dessert garnish or hard cheese for a dish.
