The Back to the Roots Garden in a Can is just that, an herb garden contained in a small can. The herb gardens are incredibly easy to grow, even if you don't have a green thumb. The kit comes with everything you need to get started growing your own herbs for cooking.

It is no secret in my family that I have little to no gardening skills. I try all kinds of easy to grow kits, but I can't always get a plant growing. These Garden in a Can kits make it impossible for even someone like me to fail. Within a week of planting the seeds, I started to see sprouts and within a few weeks, I had grown real herbs!

The can comes with everything you need to get started, except for the water and sunlight, of course. You simply open the can, place the seeds below the soil a bit, and add water; it really is that easy. 

I grew both cilantro and basil using the Garden in a Can. I loved being able to grab a few pieces of fresh herbs while cooking. Not only did I save money by not buying the herbs at the store, but I was able to serve dishes to guests using my own garden herbs!
