Honey Baked Chicken Fingers

Honey Baked Chicken Fingers

Instead of greasy fast food, make your child (or yourself) this easy and delicious Honey Baked Chicken Fingers from Chef Binks. This is one of the best healthy chicken recipes because it has only 4 ingredients and it's ready in under 30 minutes!

Serves: 4

Baking Time: 12 min

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cups high fiber cereal, ground
  • 1 pound chicken tenders or chicken breasts, cut into strips
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Beat egg whites in a small bowl. Add the honey and beat with a whisk.
  3. Pour cereal crumbs onto a plate.
  4. Dip chicken strips into the egg white mixture, then into the crumbs to coat.
  5. Place strips in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet (I always line my sheets with foil to make clean-up easier).
  6. Bake for 12 minutes, or until cooked through
