Cooking Time20 min

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 2 packets of NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ White Stevia Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons dairy-free butter
  • 3 tablespoons dairy-free milk (I used unsweetened So Deliciousâ„¢ Coconut Milk )
  • 20 drops of NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ Orange Liquid Stevia
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • OPTIONAL GLAZE
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • Few drops of water or Dairy-Free Milk
  • Add drops of NuNaturals NuSteviaâ„¢ Orange Liquid Stevia to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  2. In small bowl, mix together flour, oats, packets of Stevia Powder, baking powder and salt. Put butter into the mixture and mix until combined.

  3. Add milk and Orange Liquid Stevia to the dry ingredients. ( It will look like there isn’t enough liquid at first, but use your hands to finish mixing it together until it forms a dough )

  4. Fold in blueberries. Try not to over-mix.

  5. Flatten the dough into a 3X3 inch square. Cut it diagonally to form two triangles.

  6. Bake for 17 to 20 minutes on a greased pan.

  7. Drizzle with glaze just before serving.
