Paradise is truly found in this yogurt smoothie recipe. The fresh fruits, combined with the creaminess of the yogurt, enhance its exotic appeal. This drink is nice and ripe and a great way to start the day out right.

Ingredients
  • 1 mango ripened, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 ripe medium papaya, peeled, and diced
  • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup low-fat plain or low-fat vanilla yogurt
Instructions
  1. Combine fruits in blender.

  2. Add yogurt and blend until thick.

Notes
  1. May add powdered cloves before serving for a more exotic flavor.

  2. Can make smoothie thinner by using 1/2 cup skim milk and a 1/2 cup yogurt.

  3. Can use other fruits in various proportions, just adjust quantity of liquid.

  4. Can also smoothen mix with addition of crushed ice.
