Honey Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Ingredients
- 3 cups white whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup sugar substitute
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup hot coffee
- 2 egg whites
- 1/3 cup light oil
Instructions
- Mix together dry ingredients.
- Combine honey, coffee, egg and oil. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, using a spoon.
- Spray a 9x4x2" pan with cooking spray and put a piece of waxed paper in bottom so the cake will come out easily.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
