Ingredients

3 cups white whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar substitute
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup honey
1 cup hot coffee
2 egg whites
1/3 cup light oil

Instructions

Mix together dry ingredients.
Combine honey, coffee, egg and oil. Mix wet and dry ingredients together, using a spoon.
Spray a 9x4x2" pan with cooking spray and put a piece of waxed paper in bottom so the cake will come out easily.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
