This cake is so charming, and I love that it is made from scratch! I would have no trouble at all getting up in the morning if I knew this was waiting for me with my morning cup of coffee! And sure to impress if you make it for your next brunch gathering. I might even sprinkle a little cinnamon on top with the powdered sugar at the end to hint at what's inside.
