This recipe looks scrumptious! I might go the little extra mile and use fresh tilapia for this, since it is readily available, relatively inexpensive, and the fillets cook up quickly. The pouch variety sometimes tastes like tuna to me due to the salt content. I love the sweet and spicy combination of flavors!
