"Crispy air fried tofu has the texture of deep fried, but it only uses 2 teaspoons of oil to make. Since getting our air fryer, my family has been using it almost daily, and we eat this tofu at least 2-3 times a week! If you’re new to air frying, it’s basically some kind of magic. The air fryer works like a deep fryer, but instead of oil, it uses circulating air to “fry” your food. It’s sort of a super-charged convection oven that makes things taste delicious, and this crispy air fried tofu is a great recipe to get you started with the air frier."
