Strawberry Hazelnut Fudge

For a unique and easy no bake fudge recipe that is actually healthy, make a batch of Dorothy Delaney's Strawberry Hazelnut Fudge. This homemade fudge recipe is gluten free, vegan and fit for a raw food diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup hazelnuts, soaked for one day and then sprouted one day
  • 1/2 cup Cacao Bliss, melted cacao butter or coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup raw agave syrup, coconut syrup or honey
  • 1 dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Process all the ingredients together in the food processor until it forms a ball.
     
  2. Chill in a small rectangular pan or cupcake papers.
