Butternut Squash Broccoli Soup

"This soup is almost foolproof, and comes together quickly after the butternut squash is roasted in the oven. The ingredients come together to give the impression of broccoli cheese soup without a bit of cheese, and a generous 1 1/2 cup serving only contains about 160 calories! Garnished with chopped celery leaves and a bit of turkey bacon and it's almost as pretty as it is tasty! It also freezes well and fits into a gluten-free diet."
