One Pot Pork Chop Dinner

One Pot Pork Chop Dinner is the ultimate in easy pork chop recipes! Combining a delicious and healthy meal into one dish, this quick and easy recipe for pork chops is sure to satisfy the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 4 lean pork chops (about 1 pound)
  • 1 can low sodium tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon caraway seeds or oregano (optional)
  • 6 to 8 small whole potatoes or 3 medium, quartered
  • 4 whole fresh carrots, split lengthwise and cut into 2 inch pieces

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, sear the pork chops until lightly browned. Pour off the fat.
     
  2. Add soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to the pot and stir to combine.
     
  3. Add caraway, potatoes and carrots.
     
  4. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and and simmer 45 minutes or until potatoes, carrots, and pork chops are tender.
