Pear and Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • Fresh pears
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 2 eggs, or equivalent egg substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or white whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Slice pears to fill an unbaked pie crust.
     
  2. Mix together brown sugar substitute, eggs, salt, pecans, cornstarch and lemon juice and pour over the pears.
     
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutesF,  or until pears are done.
