For all the vegetarians out there, pasta cabonara is one of the only pasta dishes on the menu that you couldn't have. Despite how creamy and delicious it looked, the bacon made it off-limits. However, with this Vegetarian "Cabonara," there is now a way to taste the richness of this pasta. It is vegetarian-friendly, but has the same great flavor as the one with bacon. The reason is because this recipe uses smoked tofu This easy pasta recipe only has five ingredients and takes just about 10 minutes to prepare. Once it is ready, toss through chives and serve hot with extra Parmesan cheese.
