Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup Splenda, granulated
  • 3 ounce cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup raw coconut

Instructions

  1. Add butter, Splenda, and cream cheese to stand mixer. Cream together until well combined.

  2. Add Salt, vanilla, almond extract, egg yolk, almond flour, and coconut flour to mix.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F for 14 minutes.
