This easy breakfast recipes combines Greek yogurt with pumpkin puree to make a simple but delightful morning treat. Sweet golden raisins and cinnamon are the trick to sweetening the mix without filling your diet with nutritionally-empty sugars.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup plain, non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 (15-ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 cup golden raisins

Instructions

  1. Puree the raisins to a smooth paste in a blender.

  2. Add spices and pumpkin, puree until smooth.

  3. Fold pumpkin mix into yogurt until well combined.
