Ingredients

  • 2 Avocados, skin and pit removed
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup Diced Roma tomato (about 1 tomato)
  • 1 cup Diced red onion (about 1/2 small onion)
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Diced jalapeno*
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut avocado, remove pit, and scoop out inside.

  2. In medium mixing bowl, mash avocado with a fork

  3. Mix in everything else. Salt to taste.

  4. Serve with chips, on tacos, on toast, etc.
