"For a fraction of the price of smoked salmon or gravlax at the store, you can make this luxurious salmon dish with only a couple of ingredients. It is salt cured in the fridge - what could be easier? Serve it with bagels and cream cheese or mix it with chopped fresh herbs and cheese for a great dip. It is a delicious topping for flatbread! And we LOVE it in homemade sushi rolls with avocado, cucumber, sticky sushi rice and sesame sheets."
