"Apricot Honey Baked Brie is the perfect, easy appetizer! Melty, brie cheese placed with some small accoutrements makes for an elegant and sophisticated treat. Brie is a very versatile cheese and can be used in a variety of recipes – baked brie (like we’re making today), on a sandwich, stuffed into chicken, or even wrapped in pastry dough. If you’re eating brie by itself, allow it to come to room temperature (about 30 – 45 minutes) before enjoying."
