My best friend grows cucumbers and give me lots of them so I will be trying this recipe this weekend instead of the standard pickled cucumber salad.

This looks delicious and the ingredients are all very healthy.I make a similar salad with cucumbers, but I grate them and instead of using dill, I add a tablespoon of caraway seed. I omit the olive oil. I am going to try this version.#BestIdeaEver.
