I had lamb last week in my uncles house and he had the skin cooked beautifully with a fantastic rub on the outside. I have never cooked a leg of lamb, it always looked hard but I have to try after how delicious his was and this one looks so tasty as well, how long would it have to cook to be well done and would this ruin it?
