  • 3 6-ounce boxes sugar-free watermelon or peach gelatin
  • 1 12-ounce can evaporated skim milk
  • Green food coloring
  • 2 1/2 cups boiled water
  • 1 cup cold water

  1. Spray a mold with non-flavored cooking spray to ensure the gelatin doesn't stick.
  2. Put flavored gelatin in a large bowl and add the boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, about three minutes.
  3. Stir in cold water, then stir in the skim milk for about minutes. Add a few drops of green food coloring until mixture reaches the desired color.
  4. Pour gelatin mixture into your mold and refrigerate overnight.

I LOVE Peach Jello! It's the Watermelon I can't stand LOL how funny is that? I don't like anything Watermelon flavored except real Watermelon. THIS IS A GREAT IDEA Thank You!

I made peach jello once, and the taste was just awful. As I recall, it was so disgusting that all but the first serving sat in the fridge for a week until I choked it down. I recommend using the watermelon-flavor jello.
