Cooking is made easy for anyone with the Breville 10" Thermal Pro Frying Pan. This pan is made with three layers of durable material to create the ultimate cooking surface. The size makes it ideal for making eggs, meat, and much more!

The construction of this pan is quite innovative and is what sets it apart from much of the competition. Both aluminum and stainless steel comprise the make up of the pan. The steel allows you to use it on any cooktop, including induction, while the aluminum helps the pan heat evenly. The Thermal Pro line prides itself on this detail and for good reason; I was very happy with how it cooked meat and vegetables.

On top of the solid construction, the pan also has a superior nonstick coating. You can used all your favorite utensils without damaging the surface, something unheard of for most nonstick pans. It worked very well when we put it to the test.

I found this was the perfect pan for cooking fish and meat. It is essential for these items to cook evenly and with this pan you know they will. The incredible durability allows you to use the pan in an oven up to 500 degrees F; this made it great for frittata recipes and other dishes I like to finish in the oven.

Not only does the construction of the pan lend itself to cooking, it is also built for easy cleaning. You can put this pan right in your dishwasher if a light rinse doesn't suit your fancy. Any remaining bits of food or grease wash away with incredible ease.
