3-Ingredient Fruit Cobbler

3-Ingredient Fruit Cobbler
3-Ingredient Fruit Cobbler

This 3-Ingredient Fruit Cobbler is one of the easiest dessert recipes ever. Because this recipe uses cake mix, you won't have to create the cobbler from scratch. So, you can easily make this fruit cobbler even when you're short on time. Simply mix everything together, add a bit of fruit, then bake. It can't get much easier than that. You'll also love that you can choose which fruit to add to this cobbler. It's up to you if you'd like to make a peach cobbler, a blackberry cobbler, or a strawberry cobbler. No matter which direction you decide to go, you are going to absolutely love this healthy cobbler recipe.

Notes

Nothing could be easier or quicker– and it also allows you to exercise some creativity and put your own spin on the cobbler:

Pair a combination of fresh apples and frozen cherries with orange soda as we did.  But, that's not your only option. You can also pair frozen peaches with lemon soda, or use fresh berries and a berry-flavored soda.  Another day, make this cobbler with a different flavor cake mix, such as lemon cake over blueberries. There are so many options, so you'll never get bored of this cobbler recipe!
