I just made this tonight & used boneless/skinless chicken thighs, no salt small can of mushrooms, 1 10 oz. can of diced tomatoes with green chlies, a dash (little) of salt, 1/2 cup of green pepper, black pepper & cook for 3-1/2 hours & it was delicious. I also made some white rice to put the chicken over it & I would love to know what the nutrients are so I can write it down & give it to my Dietian at the Dialysis Clinic. The recipes they have are not only expensive but not good at all & alot of them require alot of preparation. I live on a budget (who doesn't) & I wish the writer of this particular recipe would please give us the nutrients as indicated above. Thanks

I agree with the person above, you are on a favehealthy recipe site & do not include the nutrients in this dish. On dialysis's & have to watch the sodium content. Not using any salt & using 1 half the amount of canadian bacon & 1 10 oz. can of Rotel Diced Tomatoes with green chilies plus 1 small can of no salt mushrooms. Please update your recipe as indicated.
