Ingredients

  • 4 ounces low-fat unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 cup low-fat chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup fat-free butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sugar or sugar substitute
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Melt together chocolate, chocolate chips and butter.
     
  2. Cool 10 minutes.
     
  3. Beat together in mixing bowl sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cocoa, chocolate chips, baking powder and salt.
     
  4. Then add the melted choc. mixture to this and chill dough 3 hours.
     
  5. Form into balls and bake on ungreased sheet at 350 degrees for 10-12 min.
     
  6. Roll in powdered sugar after baking.
