Few things are more comforting than a wholesome, healthy chicken dinner. Beer Roasted Chicken is a great dish for you and the whole family to enjoy. It's perfectly juicy and bursting with rich, comforting flavors in every bite. The skin on the chicken is browned to perfection, and the addition of herbs and garlic really jazz it up. You can prepare this chicken for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion. It's extremely tasty, and the whole family is practically guaranteed to go crazy over it.

I don't really like to drink beer, but over the years I have found that it is really awesome as a basting tool for grilled meats, as a braising liquid, and even as a meat marinade. The alcohol evaporates very quickly in the heating process, so you don't have to worry about the kids! The hops in it adds some flavor, and the alcohol helps all the flavors to meld together.

I have tried beer can chicken on the BBQ and it was tasty, very moist and delicious. I have never tried it in the oven but it looks delicious. I also like the array of vegetables, especially the garlic, carrots and sweet potatoes.
