Heat skim milk with desired item for flavor, and until softened to your liking. Add one Tb cornstarch to 1/3 cup COLD water. Mix well. Add cornstarch mix to recipe to replace "cream of [anything].

Does anyone have a good substitution idea for cream of {anything} soup? I have so many casseroles from my past that I no longer make because I am turned off by adding so many genetically modified and artificial ingredients to an otherwise healthy meal. www.healthnutfoodie.com
