Tarragon Vinegar and Garlic Chicken

Tarragon Vinegar and Garlic Chicken gives a Baja California flavor with a tarragon vinegar sauce. It is light and so simple to make. Make this dish for 8 people, or you can just make it for yourself.

Serves: 8

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 25 min

Ingredients
  • 8 chicken breasts
  • Seasoned salt and pepper
  • 4 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2/3 cup dry sherry
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put the oil and vinegar into a skillet and press garlic into the mixture.
     
  2. While the pan is heating up, sprinkle the seasoned salt and pepper onto the chicken.
     
  3. Saute the chicken breasts until they are golden brown.
     
  4. Place chicken into a baking pan and pour sherry over chicken.
     
  5. Place pan in the oven for 10 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
