Vintage Peanut Butter Pie

If you've never had the pleasure of trying an easy peanut butter pie recipe yourself, then you're missing out on one of the very best no bake dessert recipes. This Vintage Peanut Butter Pie tastes like something your grandmother would make, only healthier.

Chilling Time: 5 hr

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter, creamy or chunky will work for this pie
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip Lite Whipped Topping
  • 1 prepared pie crust
Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer, or using an electric hand mixer, beat the light cream cheese on high speed until it is fluffy.  Then, thoroughly beat in the peanut butter and stevia.
     
  2. Fold in whipped topping, then spooneverything  into your prepared crust.
     
  3. Refrigerate until chilled, for at least five hours.
