Low Fat Lemonade Pie

This Low Fat Lemonade Pie is a perfect end to any meal or family gathering. Made with four simple ingredients, this pie is easy to make, even for the kids. If you are looking for healthy pie recipes to make for your next occasion, check out this recipe, full of lemony goodness and perfect for summer!

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces Reduced-Fat Cool Whip, thawed
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can (6 ounce) frozen no sugar added lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 graham cracker crust
Instructions
  1. Mix together the Cool Whip,  condensed milk and lemonade concentrate until smooth.
     
  2. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
     
  3. Refrigerate or freeze until time to serve.
     
Notes

It’s delicious either frozen or just refrigerated, but the frozen pie is my favorite!

For a sweeter pie, use sweetened condensed milk. For a healthier, more tart pie, use unsweetened condensed milk.
