What it is: The Sugar Busters! Diet aims to change your eating habits, not just for weight loss but for an overall healthier way of living. The plan reduces the amount of sugar you regularly consume and shows you how to eat and exercise regularly. Sugar is not completely removed from your meals but it should be significantly decreased.
