Slow Cooked Holiday Ham

The holidays just would not be the same without ham, and this Slow Cooked Holiday Ham recipe from Rocky Barragan shows you how to make a perfect holiday ham that is actually good for you. Best of all, this recipe uses a slow cooker and only 4 ingredients to keep things simple, tasty and budget friendly.

Makes: 16 servings

Preparation Time: 10 min

Cooking Time: 8 hr

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ham
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
Instructions
  1. Pat your brown sugar onto your ham and then place ham in your slow cooker. Any remaining brown sugar you can pat on top of your ham.
     
  2. Pour your pineapple juice into the crock pot, toss in your cloves, cover and set on low.
     
  3. Allow to cook for approximately 8 hours. Serve and enjoy!
