Healthier Grilled Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Dressing

Marinating pork chops for grilling always makes them taste better and what better marinade than the salty and rich flavor of blue cheese. Our healthier grilled pork chops with blue cheese dressing are sure to be a hit with your family.

Serves: 4

Preparation Time: 30 min

Cooking Time: 20 min

Ingredients
  • 4 lean pork chops
  • A-1 Sauce (or a low sodium steak sauce equivalent)
  • Kitchen Bouquet seasoning sauce, to taste
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • Healthy Choice low fat Blue Cheese Salad Dressing (or an equivalent brand of low fat dressing)
Instructions
  1. Coat chops with Kitchen Bouquet and A-1 sauce and sprinkle with garlic powder if desired.
     
  2. Allow to marinate for 30 minutes or so while getting the barbecue going.
     
  3. Grill chops over medium heat about 10 minutes per side. Time will depend on thickness of chops.
     
  4. During last 5 minutes, sprinkle crumpled blue cheese over chops and then cover with the blue cheese dressing.
     
  5. Cover grill and allow the cheese to melt.
