Egg White Scramble

Wake up on the sunny side with this healthy Egg White Scramble recipe from Chef Binks. Full of protein and lean vegetable, this quick cooking breakfast recipe is just what you need to get going in the morning.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 30 min

Ingredients
  • 1 carton egg whites
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 10 asparagus spears
  • Seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. Heat large sauté pan over med high heat.
     
  2. While pan is heating dice the pepper and onion and chop the asparagus.
     
  3. After pan is warm add the vegetables and sauté for another minute or so.
     
  4. When the vegetable are cooked, add the carton of egg whites (start stirring immediately so they don’t stick).
     
  5. When eggs are cooked, remove and serve hot.
