Easy Breakfast Frittata

In this healthy cooking recipe, Chef Steven Binks shows you how to make an Easy Breakfast Frittata perfect for a special brunch. Best of all is that this healthy egg recipe is ready in only 15 minutes.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 15 min

Ingredients
  • 8 large eggs, or equivalent egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup ham, cooked and cubed
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Beat eggs with wire whisk; add rest of ingredients to taste.
     
  2. Spray 8- inch skillet with butter-flavor Pam and heat over medium flame.
     
  3. Add egg mixture, cover and cook until desired consistency, 5-10 minutes (DO NOT STIR).
     
  4. Carefully slide frittata onto plate. Serve with Hot sauce, if desired.
