Chilling Time: 45 min

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 6 ounces sugar free raspberry jello
  • 1 can reduced sugar cranberry jelly
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 8 ounces fat free sour cream
Instructions
  1. Add jello to boiling water. Then, stir in cranberry jelly and add pecans.
     
  2. Pour half of mixture in bowl or mold. Set in freezer for 30 to 45 minutes, or until gelled.
     
  3. Layer sour cream on top. Then, pour remaing half of jello mixture on top and let gel.
