Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies

Chocolate Chip Pan Cookies are an easy way to make chocolate chip bar cookies quickly and easily. They are also gluten free chocolate chip cookies and dairy free cookies, so they are great for your health and your taste buds! Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup softened Smart Balance Light™ or margarine
  • 1 cup NuNaturals NuStevia Sweetener™ Stevia Baking Blend, or their MoreFiber™ Baking Blend
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
     
  2. Mix the flour, salt and baking soda in a bowl.
     
  3. In separate bowl, cream the margarine with the Stevia Baking Blend (do not melt the margarine). Add vanilla and eggs and mix thoroughly.
     
  4. Add in the flour mixture one cup at a time until thoroughly combined.
     
  5. Add the chocolate chips.
     
  6. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan and bake for approx. 20 minutes
