Granola Bars with Peanut Butter and Marshmallow

Follow this easy granola recipe for a tasty treat! You're sure to enjoy this healthy recipe for Marshmallow and Peanut Butter Granola Bars. Made with oats, raisins, and reduced fat peanut butter, you won't feel guilty enjoying this delicious snack.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups old-fashioned oats
  • 3 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 cup raisins
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Grease an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
     
  2. Bake oats in an ungreased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly roll pan for 12 to 15 minutes or until toasted, stirring frequently. Cool on a wire rack.
     
  3. Place marshmallows, reduced fat peanut butter and margarine in a medium saucepan. Stirring constantly over low heat, cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until melted.
     
  4. Remove from heat. Quickly stir in toasted oats and raisins.
     
  5. Spread in baking pan. Chill until set.
     
  6. Cut into bars. Store in an airtight container.
