Ultimate Chicken Casserole

Get the ultimate taste experience with the Ultimate Chicken Casserole. This healthy recipe for chicken casserole is prepared in advance, making it an ideal cheesy chicken casserole recipe to serve for a big party.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 1 hr

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces whole wheat macaroni noodles, uncooked
  • 1/2 pound reduced fat Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups lean chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 1 can low fat cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups skim milk
Instructions
  1. Mix together the noodles, cheese egg, soups, chicken and milk.
     
  2. Cover the mixture and leave in the refrigerator overnight. 
     
  3. About 1 hour before cooking, take the mixture out of the fridge.
     
  4. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe casserole dish.
     
  5. Bake the mixture for 1 hour.
