Crazy Cowboy Casserole

You would be absolutely crazy not to try making this Crazy Cowboy Casserole recipe as soon as possible. This is one of the tastiest healthy hamburger casserole recipes you are ever bound to come across.

Cooking Time: 1 hr

Ingredients
  • 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 10 3/4 ounces organic cream of mushroom soup
  • 10 ounces frozen peas
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound Cascadian Farms Spud Puppies™
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
     
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with the onions until no pink meat remains. Drain away any extra fat. Stir in the soup and peas. Sprinkle generously with garlic powder and pepper.
     
  3. Spray a casserole dish with cooking spray and spread the hamburger mixture over the bottom of the pan. Toss the cheese with the frozen Spud Puppies, and spread over the casserole.
     
  4. Bake for approximately one hour, until cheese is bubbly.
