Black Olive Burgers

Black olives are a personal favorite within the Blackman family. There is nothing quite like using the world's best hamburger recipe, black olive burgers, to make your family that tasty meal! Try them today if you don't believe me.

Serves: 4

Cooking Time: 8 min

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds low fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 12 ounces red bell pepper, diced
  • 3 cups low fat mayonnaise
  • 24 black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup horseradish
  • 3 pounds 90% lean ground beef
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients except burger meat well and chill.
     
  2. Cook burgers for 4 minutes on first side.
     
  3. Use wet mizture to top burgers when turned to their second side and finish cooking for another 4 minutes or so.
     
  4. Serve with french fries for a delicious meal at any time!
     
Notes

 

For added flavor roast the red peppers before chopping.
